Our client invests in and manages large scale commercial property projects. Following a restructure in the business, they now wish to recruit an experienced Analyst with great Excel skills to develop financial models to evaluate and manage projects.
Your key responsibilities will include:
• Working with Project Directors to develop financial models and evaluate and manage projects
• Research market trends in specific sectors as well as listed and unlisted property companies
• Preparation of regular reports on various projects
• Preparation of funding proposals for the banks
• Create investment memorandums
The successful candidate must be a brilliant communicator with strong financial modelling capability who responds well under pressure. Ideally, you will have previous exposure to the commercial property investment market and the ability to work independently or in a team environment. You will be articulate, professional, well presented and have the ability to communicate at all levels.
