Conference & Incentives Planner

OUTLINE OF THE ROLE
You will be managing a portfolio of corporate clients and coordinating special incentive and conference events. You may be required to escort your clients to a well planned conference or incentive event. From local locations to exotic destinations you will assist by designing the Magic from start to finish.
The bottom line: Nothing is impossible!
YOU WILL HAVE
- Knowledge and understanding of "MICE"
- Professional presentation and communication skills
- Passion for travel and conference, incentive management and event experience
e.g. Hotel conferencing, banqueting, conference/ events or incentives
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to deliver excellent customer service- Every time!
- Good knowledge of MS Office
