As a key person with regards to the customer care in this company, you will be a person with maturity, ability to work unsupervised and to be able to 'think on their feet'. You will work closely with the Office Manager and the Account and Warehouse Manager.
Your role will have many facets to it including the following:
- Monitor stock flow
- Build/retain relationships with customers
- Liaising with store buyers
- Distribute promotional material
- Collate information for merchandisers
- Maintaining the catalogue
- Maintain showroom
- Distribute samples
- Collating orders
Your customers will be retailers such as Brisco's, Camera House and The Warehouse, just to name a few and the main entity for this position is to keep close relationships/contact with Merchandisers, buyers and the company's Account Manager.
