Auckland based mid-tier commercial contractor requires the services of an excellent site manager for a project in South Auckland. The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate previous commercial experience and show a previous track record of managing complex projects from conception to completion. You must also be a strong team manager and front end focussed. The client for this project are particularly challenging and so an ability to manage client needs and being able to offer guidance and leadership is essential. The following essential attributes are required: Relevant Tertiary Qualification Previous Commercial Construction Experience Client Focus Ability to work under pressure in a challenging environment At least 5 years site manager experienceThe successful applicant will be rewarded with excellent remuneration and fringe benefits.
