Working closely with your Partner, this role incorporates a challenging and stimulating variety of corporate commercial work. This includes working closely with clients on acquisitions and divestments, private equity and venture capital, joint ventures, as well as providing corporate and securities advice and drafting and negotiating complex commercial contracts.
Ideally you will have at least eight years post qualification experience. You will be a self starter with excellent analytical and drafting skills, a range of transactional experience and able to provide pragmatic and client-focused solutions.
