Our client is a leading insurer with more than 500 offices in over 120 countries and are well respected within the industry. They also believe in building products and services that are individually tailored to their customers needs by experts in their field.
They are looking for someone to manage a portfolio of employers and deal with workplace accident and personal injury claims. This would mean responsibility for the whole process and also keeping in touch with the employers to ensure they are happy with the service and aware of the weekly compensation entitlements.
Our client is after someone with strong communication skills, a passion for great customer service, computer literacy, good time management who is also excellent with figures and problems solving.
If you have between one and two years experience in a similar role then that would be ideal.
