By using your credit analyst and relationship management skills on a daily basis, you'll assist the Relationship Manager to grow lending profitability of new and existing accounts. Initially, the majority of the role will focus on financial, credit and business analysis, however, over time it will grow to include sales and managing your own accounts.
Because you are full of initiative and have a questioning mind, you will anticipate your client's needs and deliver effective solutions. Accompanying the Relationship Manager on business and social client meetings, combined with regular telephone contact, will ensure your maximum potential in this role. These are not 'order taking' positions.
Ideally tertiary qualified in business, you have proven credit analysis, or accounting skills within a banking/finance, or CA environment. Specific commercial lending is ideal. You may already be working within the finance sector, or, you are keen to get into it. You have finely tuned communication skills and a natural ability to easily interface with clients and other contacts within the business community. What's more, you are a team player and you're at your best when working within a high performance, social networking environment.
