Our client is a well-known bank that has been established for over 100 years and is committed to providing a service that is second to none.
They are looking for someone to join their newly created team who can work with branch and area managers to develop and implement strategic action plans. The other main areas of focus will be carrying out audits of call centres, branches, mobile mortgage managers and wealth across Wellington and the lower North Island.
You will report to a Senior Manager within the bank and give feedback on compliance, lending standards, cash management, complaint handling, sales and service.
Attributes required are excellent communication skills, a strong knowledge of branch operations, a full driving licence, three years plus managerial experience within financial services and some background in audit and risk.
