Our client is continuing to grow in a tough market and is looking to take on someone who is either an experienced financial advisor or has a lending or mortgage broking background.
You would have a base of clients provided and would specialise in advising residential property investors and first time buyers across New Zealand and abroad. Not only would you help with their applications from start to finish, you would also offer them a range of financial advisory services to help them achieve their objectives.
To be successful you should be great with numbers, a strong communicator and be able to give a dedicated service to provide solutions to fit in with clients individual needs. You would need to be self-motivated, professional, creative with the ability to manage and drive yourself to achieve targets set.
