Take control and drive customer service excellence in this multi faceted role combining marketing, customer service and technology. We are seeking a senior team member to take on complex and strategic solutions, engaging with Senior Management, Stakeholders and Sponsors. You will run programme's of work, lead and mentor team members through to success.
Provide real value to customers by delivering the optimal service experience for new customer solutions & market initiatives.
As a Senior member of this team you will closely work with all business units from Marketing, Customer Service & Faults, Technology and external teams to understand the impact of new products and services being released to the market. Your ability to engage with all personality types will see you succeed in this role.
The ideal candidate will have the following:
- Diverse business experience
- Strong interpersonal Skills
- Project experience
- Strong Business and Technical understanding
- Natural Leadership and good influencing skills
- Cool under pressure and exposure to dealing with Marketing through to Technology
This team is responsible operational design and delivery of the optimal service experience for Business and Consumer segments and for specified portfolios delivered through world class design and execution. These initiatives have significant complexity and high customer impact and require major change and development across all customer events.
You will be targeted by the impact to the business on release, so designing an efficient and repeatable service solution is key. You will act as a consultant to various business units and build your knowledge to be the expert in service design and continuous improvement initiatives.
