A commercial property management position has become available with one of the leading worldwide property service providers. Based in Central Auckland you will be looking after a tasty commercial portfolio, which will make you the envy of the property community. You will be exposed to all facets of property related processes from market rent reviews, lease negotiations, financial reporting, tenant liaison, operations, facilities and the day-to-day running of your commercial portfolio. Experience in a commercial capacity will be required. You must be corporate in your approach to all aspects of business and commited to providing a superior service for your clients. A tertiary qualification in the property industry will be highly regarded however not essential but commercial property management experience is a must.
