My Client is looking to recruit an Application Support Analyst who will take ownership of the companys primary applications. You will ensure the quality operation and support of these technologies through monitoring, planning, user support, management of key stakeholder relationships and liaison with Information Services. Its is likely that you will come from a technical background in Application Support and want to move your career into Analysis. In order to succeed in this role you will need: Relevant Tertiary Qualification or similar Application Support or Business systems analysis experience User acceptance testing experience Problem solving/analytical experience. Understanding of Transport related infrastructure and systems - preferred System testing experience User training development and delivery experience- preferred Report design experienceLooking to further develop your career by taking ownership of applications and becoming a super user?
