BE Civil, or equivalent qualification.
Fully competent technical or supporting role specialist to maintain high professional standards in the field of Transport Planning, in particular transport modelling.
Conceptual understanding of the financial, administrative, technical and management components of business operations.
Excellent investigation, analytical and report writing skills.
Capable of pro-actively identifying and employing innovative solutions to problems.
Fully capable of working independently with minimal guidance and direction.
Ability to develop support and trust of peers and clients by effective communications and leadership.

Provide technical expertise in specialist areas of Transport Planning, in particular transport modelling and scheme appraisal. Experience in micro-simulation modelling (Paramics) and/or strategic modelling packages (e.g. SATURN) is preferable.
Project and task management.
Plan, program and coordinate specific project inputs to deliver the agreed outputs on budget, on time and to quality standards.
Prepare specialist inputs to expressions of interest and proposals, and carry out other appropriate marketing initiatives.
