Autonomous role with no micro managing
Our client offers an exclusive service to retiree’s and the elderly which involves top of the range care and assistance.
With 50 staff and 100 residents you will be “always on your toes” responding to a variety of queries and situations to deal with. But the satisfaction you get from assisting others will be the biggest reward for this role.

• You MUST have EXCELLENT, clear English communication skills.
• You need to be caring and personable while also able to be firm (but polite!) when need be.
• Experience in managing staff (human resource exposure).
• Experience in over seeing and considering company/business finances to ensure budgets are met.
• Flexibility in responding to (rare) emergency calls.
• Computer literate.
• Marketing, sales and advertising experience.
• Ability to be proactive and consider quality improvements for the service and business (actual examples of where you have done this would be beneficial.)
This role is varied and a great opportunity for someone who wants a change of office scenery.
